DOE EERE - April 2008
This report released by EERE for the DOE Solar America Cities initiative highlights the important components needed to develop a sustainable solar market infrastructure. This report will be updated over the next few years and highlight new strategies that develop and are implemented in cities and states to advance solar energy. The report provides a description of the incentive or policy, identifies providers, and describes best practices that cities and states have used to mainstream solar.
